The Torah is sometimes called and Orchard, Pardes, in Hebrew, like the English word Paradise.
The four letters of the Hebrew word Pardes represent the four levels of the Torah
depicted here from the outmost to the innermost:

Peshat - the 24 Books of the Written Torah.
Remez - the Six Orders of the Mishnah, the Oral Torah.
Derash - the Talmud and the Shulkhan Arukh,
the source of Jewish Law.
Sode - the Zohar of the Kabbalah,
the secret of mystical tradition.
