I made this picture on Israel Independence Day.  That's why it is basically blue and white - the colors of the Israel flag.  I added a bit of orange to give some contrast to the blue. 

The two dots hint at the Chinese Yin-Yang symbol. 

The pattern I used here reminds me somewhat of the feathers of a bird.  On the same day I painted another picture of a Star of David (Geometric #11) using these same colors.
