The diagonal Wow of this Aleph I painted in browns that remind me of the patterns found in woodgrain.   The Hebrew letter Wow or Vav is often called the Tree of Life in the Kabbalah because it is the letter that connects - it means 'and' - and the nature of the Tree of Life is that all of Life is connected and 'One'.
